SOCKS

Today is my last day of work before I go on maternity leave for this new baby! I was very excited to be done (with work) and a little nervous for the hard part to start ( the new baby & Three kids! ) and then while getting dressed I decided that today I will celebrate the fact that I no longer have to put on socks unless I want to. I have been a master of new positions lately to get those suckers on and it is with a happy heart that I no longer have to!
YEA ME!

Miss E's big tap recital

My baby girl miss E had her first tap recital last night and afternoon. She was awesome! I would have freaked out being on stage with all that stuff going on! She missed dress rehearsal even so her big first time was really her first time on stage! The pics if they turn out will be so cute. Anyway, the last show was later so driving home with Miss E getting a frosty from Wendy's as her big treat she and I talked about her big night and how great it was to be out of school and I realised that my baby was going to be grown up before I know it and I will have to beg her to hang out.
I just want to bottle her right up.
Sniff sniff sniff!
Ok being pregg doesn't help the emotional area much....

Thunder Stormin'

My baby girl miss ruby will be 3 soon, and while she is big on personality she isn't such a big talker. Can't imagine why not with her older sis and I doing most of it for her. Well anyway one morning this week after spending a great night squished up against Miss E ( due to thunderstorm panic) we went into Ruby's room and Miss E goes Ruby did you hear the big thunderstorm? ( In her defense it was VERY loud and even woke up the hubby) And miss ruby goes "YEA" "Me was like this" and then goes to show us both that she sticks her thumb in her mouth grabs her blanket and gets into the fetal position on her bed and starts to shake. Ok, my BABY was shaking in the fetal position all night because she didn't know to yell for me! OMG!!!! So I ( heart ripping from my chest ) say oh baby you know you can call momma when you get scared! Just call me and I will come and get you! Needless to say the next night while Miss E and I were out at her recital, little ruby yelled at the top of her lungs for my husband. Too funny though. Shaking in her crib.
